I changed my mind or didn't like the gift. Can I return it?

Yes, it is possible to make a partial or total return of the order placed on goestasy.com

You have 14 days to return the item.

The 14 days available to you are calculated from the day the order was placed and the delivery (not shipment) of the return must take place within this period.

Shipping costs are your responsibility; cash on delivery packages are not accepted.

One or more items arrived damaged or not working

If one of the items you purchased is defective or damaged, please send us an email describing the defect and attaching photos and videos to better explain the problem in detail.

Once we receive the item, we will resend it or refund the amount of the purchased product and the return shipping costs.

I'm not familiar with shipping, can you help me?

If you're unsure how to get your package to our Returns Center, we can help you with the process.

• Get yourself a box
• Enter the products to be returned inside it
• Insert a sheet containing the order ID
• Seal the box
• Attach the shipping label we'll provide you by email to the outside of your package. It's recommended that you print the label clearly and legibly.
• All you have to do is wait for the courier to come and collect your package. You will be notified by email of the collection date along with the shipping label.

Shipping costs are €5.90 and must be paid in advance. You will receive an invoice for the shipping purchase via email.

There will be no charge on our part.
